We take great care in preparing and shipping every EXION™ timepiece so it arrives to you in pristine condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Private commissions and made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time, communicated to you at the time of order.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Domestic orders: typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International orders: typically delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet stated timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
